Giving Back to Our Communities

SUPPORTING PEOPLE AND PLACES WHERE WE OPERATE

At Reserve Management Group (RMG), our commitment goes beyond recycling and responsible resource management — we’re deeply invested in strengthening the communities where we live and work. Giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are.

Celebrating the Southeast Side Chicago Food Pantry

Since 2020, SSCFP’s incredible volunteers have helped serve over 43,000 families and 103,000 individuals. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected community — one meal at a time.

Supporting Chicago’s Southeast Side: Fighting Hunger, Feeding Hope

We’re proud to support the Southeast Side Chicago Food Pantry (SSCFP), a vital resource for those in need near our Chicago operations. The volunteer-run organization has operated out of a space on RMG’s campus since 2020. In that time, the Pantry has significantly grown its reach. The organization’s services have more than doubled since this move, with the Pantry now helping to feed more than 400 people every week. RMG continues our active support of the SSCFP through ongoing donations, employee volunteering, and maintenance of the Pantry’s operating space.

EMPOWERING LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS

From youth programs to Little League baseball teams, RMG partners with grassroots and community-focused organizations across the geographies in which we operate. We believe in funding positive change and helping our neighbors thrive. Every year, RMG donates to a variety of nonprofit groups, community centers, and local initiatives aligned with our core values of sustainability, equity, and empowerment.

Corporate Responsibility, Local Impact

Giving back is more than charity – it’s accountability. As a leader in the scrap metal recycling industry, we understand our responsibility to the environments and neighborhoods that surround our operations. That’s why we’re committed to:
