Second Shift Supervisor 

Well established and growing Toledo Division of a National Company$55,000 – $72,500/year DOE
M – F: 3 pm – 1:15 am & One (1) Sunday per month: 7 am – 3 pm
Supervise a crew of 8 – 12 people in a heavy industrial setting
The second shift supervisor is responsible for directing, monitoring, mentoring and assisting:
Off hours; maintenance, clean up, off line production, raw material transfer and next day set up
Must have: Strong work ethic, can do attitude, impeccable attendance record, excellent supervisory skills, leads by example, tough but fair.
Strong consideration will be given to applicants with the following type/s of supervisory/lead person/management experience:
• Scrap metal recycling
• Solid waste recycling
• Heavy equipment operation/maintenance
• Quarry
• Welding & Fabrication
• Demolition
• Milling & Refining
• Trans loading

Applicants with strong leadership and supervisory experience in other fields looking for new challenges will be considered.

We will train the right individuals, very steady work, 50 plus hours a week guaranteed

$11.00 + DOE to start, review, uniforms and benefits after 90 day prohibition period

Higher starting rate for applicants with solid:  Supervisory, Front End Loader, Skid Steer Loader  and or maintenance Experience

Must be punctual and reliable, able to follow instructions we are looking for team players with can do attitudes

First Shift:  5 am – 3:15 pm (M – F)  &  5 am – 1 pm (3 Saturdays a month)

Second Shift:  3 pm – 1:15 am (M – F)
